Starting An Outdoor Lighting Project In DeWitt
Is DeWitt inside your service area?
Yes, and it is one of the areas we work in most. Most of our installs land within about a 25-minute drive of town. We run out of Lansing, which also puts East Lansing, Okemos, Grand Ledge, Haslett and the rest of the Greater Lansing area within reach.
Which lighting services can I get at my DeWitt home?
All three. Permanent lighting keeps warm white on the house every night, switches to color for the holidays, runs off your phone and takes seasonal installation costs off the table. Landscape lighting covers tree uplighting, pathway lighting, entry and driveway accents, and deck and step lighting. Holiday lighting is the seasonal option, custom fit to your roofline and taken down for you afterward.
How does a project usually start?
It starts on the phone. We talk through what you are picturing for the property and hand you a general price range on that same call, so you know early whether it fits the budget. Nobody has to sit through an in-home sales presentation to get that number. If the range works, we set up an on-site walkthrough, then send a written quote. A deposit secures the pricing and reserves your date, installation follows, and the job closes with a final walkthrough where we make any adjustments.
Who actually shows up for the quote and the install?
Anthony and Asher own the company, and they stay on the job from the quote through the final quality check. No sales department, no rotating crew. They met working at a warehouse, started with holiday lighting, and grew the business on yard signs, door hangers and referrals rather than an ad budget.
How far ahead should I reach out to get on the schedule?
Holiday work is the one with a real deadline. Mid-October is the target, and while we take jobs through mid-December, the early dates go first and October weather treats everyone better. Permanent and landscape lighting run year-round, limited only by safe ladder conditions and ground that is not frozen solid. Either way the date is locked once you approve the quote and place the deposit.
Can I start with one service and add another later?
Plenty do. Holiday lighting is often the first job, and once homeowners see the difference at night many move on to permanent or landscape lighting. The house and the yard get designed as one system often enough that it is worth mentioning everything you are weighing on the first call.
